SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship orders as quick as possible within 2-4 working days. Any orders received  Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. (Holidays are not included and this period may vary during the sale and holiday periods.)

Personalised Products are not included in this period.
This items are made to order and requires a 10-25 working days + shipping time. This period may vary during the sale and holiday periods.

Melissa's Pépite cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
